In an effort to ensure all clients can work out as often as they like, our strict cancellation policy is:
18 hours prior for classes.
24 hours prior for private sessions and DEMIS.

Introducing Intero Elements,™ a new kind of Pilates class
Our unique approach is designed to guide you through the tried and true methods of traditional Pilates through a more modern, holistic lens.
While each class is based in Pilates and barre, each also has a specific focus and feel. Inspired by the four elements of the natural world - Fire, Water, Air and Earth - each class focuses on a different aspect of a complete, well-rounded movement practice.
Come to class knowing what to expect and leave feeling amazing, every time.

Fire is nature's agent of swift change, and this class is all about the burn. Using springs for resistance and based heavily in the high-rep, ultra precise tenets of barre, we'll blaze through a full-body, sizzling workout with centering, symmetry and control from classical Pilates sensibility.

Water flows. Movement is its essence, and this class focuses on mobility, flexibility and flow. Expect to flow from one exercise to the next as we emphasize centering, core connection, symmtery, spinal articulation and two-way stretch to cultivate fluidity and ease throughout the body.

Joseph Pilates said, "Breathing is the first act of life, and the last. Our very life depends on it." This class explores Pilates breathing techniques and takes them to task in a HIIT workout designed to leave you breathless in the best way possible.

Get grounded and strong in this Pilates-meets-functional fitness full-body strengthening class. Expect to use springs, weights and body weight to practice alignment and stability as we develop deep strength.
